International Missions
Sending Advances the Gospel: Bogotá, Colombia
One of our core values at Village Church is “Sending Advances the Gospel.” To that end, we’ve begun a partnership with Iglesia Bautista Renacer, a like-minded Pillar Network church in Bogotá, Colombia. Over the past year, Jason Finley, Thomas Welch, and John Miller have traveled to Bogotá to pray, build relationships, and lay the groundwork for future partnership together.
This spring, Village college students have the opportunity to join our first teams serving alongside Iglesia Bautista Renacer.

Spring Break Mission Trip 2027
Village Church is sending two teams of college students to Bogotá, Colombia, to serve alongside Iglesia Bautista Renacer. Choose the dates that work best for you and join us as we build relationships, serve our church partners, and share the gospel with college students in Bogotá.
TRIP A:
March 9–13
What Will We Do:
TRIP B:
March 14–18
Both teams will have the opportunity to:
Serve alongside Iglesia Bautista Renacer and support the ministry they are already doing in Bogotá.
Meet college students and share the gospel. In 2024, approximately 871,000 students were enrolled in higher education programs in Bogotá. We’ll have opportunities to build relationships with students and share the hope of Christ.
Equip church members to share their faith by teaching tools such as Three Circles and helping them prepare to share their testimonies with people in their circles of influence—at work, at school, in their neighborhoods, and among family and friends.
Experience gospel community alongside believers in a different cultural context.
We’ll share more details about the schedule and specific activities as plans come together.
