A Gospel Presence for Generations to Come

From the beginning, Village Church has prayed for a permanent home — an outpost for making disciples and displaying the love of Christ in Pendleton for generations to come.

By God’s grace and providence, that prayer has taken a significant step forward.

On September 9, 2025, we closed on a 15-acre property along Westinghouse Road, a strategic location between Downtown Pendleton and Pendleton High School, just off US Hwy 76.

We rejoice in this milestone with grateful hearts, knowing this is not the end, but the beginning. There is still much to build, much to steward, and much to trust the Lord for as we move forward.

We believe this land can become a long-term home for gospel ministry — a place where worship exalts God, Scripture reveals truth, fellowship encourages growth, and sending advances the gospel.

To Him be the glory as we continue walking by faith.

Financial Needs & Path Forward

  • Purchase Price: $625,000

  • Immediate Upfit: $50,000 to renovate the existing structure for ministry

  • Long-term Development Costs: ~$300–500k for site prep; ~$6–7M for full facility buildout

  • Ongoing Rental: Continue our Sunday services at Pendleton Elementary during the development phase

To proceed, we are inviting all who share in this gospel vision to give generously — either by giving now or pledging through the end of 2025.

While we do not yet know when we’ll begin construction, securing this land marks a significant step forward in our long-term mission to make disciples of all people for the glory of God.
