An Invitation to Give Toward the Future of Village Church
A Gospel Presence for Generations to Come
Since the beginning, Village Church has prayed for a permanent home from which to make disciples and display Christ’s love to Pendleton.
Now, in God’s providence, a unique opportunity has emerged: a 15-acre property along Westinghouse Road, centrally located between Downtown Pendleton and Pendleton High School, just off US Hwy 76. On Wednesday, May 14, our church body voted to pursue this land, entering into a contract and beginning a 60-business-day due diligence process.
We believe this land could become a long-term outpost for gospel ministry in Pendleton.
Prime Location - Near Pendleton’s growth corridor at a key intersection along US Hwy 76.
Strong Value - At $625,000, this off-market opportunity includes two usable buildings — a 1,500 sq ft slab structure and a 6-year-old manufactured home — with 6–8 acres of buildable land.
Immediate Use - The existing structures can be used immediately for weekday operations of Village Church. We have a space for office, youth gatherings, trainings, and classes while long-term development begins.
Strategic Stewardship - Anchors Village Church in the heart of Pendleton for decades of faithful witness.

We are praying the Lord would provide a strong down payment — or, by His grace, even the full purchase amount — for this property. By the end of June, we will need to finalize key financial commitments in order to move forward with financing.
While we do not yet know how soon we’ll begin construction, securing this land plants a flag in the ground — a tangible step forward in our long-term mission to make disciples of all people for the glory of God.
